Led to several successful audits, major growth within the industry. One of the LARGEST management divisions that allows agents to provide all services to clients (Sales/PM/ Business Opps)

Where we are heading… Property Management Council Standardizing Requirements for Property Managers New Accounting Software

Property Management Council Objective: Create a group of leaders in their industry under the same brokerage, to meet/discuss important topics, and assist their fellow agents in explaining how to make their day to day business more efficient and ultimately successful. They will act as a resource to each office manager/ hiring coordinator for new property manager’s on boarding or existing agents that have questions.

New Requirements Active Member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) Attend 1 AAR Bootcamp. Advanced bootcamp is also an option Meet with a member of the property management council Objective: To ensure agents are vested in the industry as well as increase their knowledge base.

It will allow you to win new business with ease.

Software Reminders Everyone will be moving to the new software Launch tentatively set for between 3/1/2016-4/1/2016 Accounting will be down for 5-7 days (all money will be logged and received. No checks will be cut. Inputting into one system only for PM Transactions WUSA file requirements are not changing. Please continue to upload on PMA’s and leases ASAP in order to avoid delays in payments Cancellations are required for any change in status (cancellation, closing)
