2 SHEEC Vision A vibrant, reflective, collegial community of higher education leaders, promoting a culture of quality enhancement to empower staff and students and improve the experience of higher education in Scotland 2012

3 SHEEC Aim To ensure that our HE institutions work together to develop, foster and embed a culture of quality enhancement in learning and teaching, through effective partnerships involving staff, students and other stakeholders.

4 SHEEC Objectives Leadership and influence: to enhance capacity and capability Evidence based: to grow and share …better planning / decision making Internationalisation: to extend reach and engagement Quality cultures: to embed ‘quality culture’ Evaluation: to monitor the impact/effectiveness of our work
