Only ½ pound of food a day (ate) for the lower class. At certain times eating meat was banned because of religious matter. Meat was banned during Lent and Advent. Lack of vitamin C and calcium. Less time for eating for lower class. Lower and higher classes were treated both very different. Vegetables and fresh fruit were eaten by the poor as well for stew.

Meat was a sign of the upper class because meat was for the rich more than poor.

You will purchase foods in small villages You can you can buy fish and dairy in the city. There are many different ways in buying food trading and money.
