1. District Collaboration Grant Requirements November 17, 2015

All Grants - Important Dates  Quarterly reports due  December 15, 2015  March 15, 2016  June 15, 2016  September 15, 2016 – Final report  September 30, 2016—Last day to expend funds  NOTE: 15% of the grant award will be withheld pending approval of the Final Report  November 15, 2016—Last day to draw funds

3. Design Grant Requirements  Work toward creating blueprints in the four focus areas  Participate in statewide/regional meetings  November, February, April  Participate in data collection  Share lessons learned with peers

4. Implementation Grant Requirements  Implement blueprints in four focus areas  Participate in statewide/regional meetings  November, February, April  Participate in data collection  Share lessons learned with peers  Allocate 12 days for grant leadership team members to provide support to peers regionally as needed

5. All Grants - Deliverables  Quarterly reports on implementation work  Teacher and administrator surveys  Sample SLGs from 2015-16  Minimum of two teacher and two administrator  Student Growth Percentile process

6. Design – Budget Requirements  Districts work with their coach in developing budgets  Majority of grant dollars should be spent on supporting time for blueprint planning, research and discussion  Budgets sent to ODE grant manager for approval

7. Implementation - Budget Requirements  All budget amendments must be approved by ODE grant manager  Added line item to quarterly reports to provide update on spending within each blueprint area

8. Future Applications  Grantees must re-apply for another year  Applications for Year 2 and 3 implementation will likely look different than they have in the past  Grants for Round Two will open late Spring 2016
