For more than 23 years, the Family Resource Centers and Regional Centers have collaborated to provide information, referrals, trainings, resources and services for infants and toddlers and their families. Recent changes in legislation have altered the ways in which families with at-risk children receive information, referrals and services 6

Planning…. To ensure a smooth transition from the Regional Center program to PRRS…. The 3 member FRCNCA Task Force (Chair, Vice Chair and Fiscal Agent) held conference calls 2 to 3 times weekly during the planning. 9
