1 7th Grade Field Trip 2016 ROCK EAGLE May. 11-13, 2016

2 THIS IS NOT 4-H CAMP!!!!! ROCK EAGLE IS NOT A HOTEL
This environmental education programs is similar to The environmental education program at Jekyll Island, just about a River and Lake Ecosystem. The environmental classes were picked out by your Life Science teachers especially designed for 7th grade Life Science students. Jekyll Island is under construction this year and not available for field trips.

3 Cost of the field trip The cost for this trip is $ per student. This will cover all expenses, including transportation, food and lodging. Student may bring money for canteen (hats, t-shirts, crackers, candy, drinks) with them on the trip but should bring no more than $ Students are responsible for their money at all times. Scholarships available, just ask your science teacher

4 Chaperone INFO The chaperone fee is $ this price excludes transportation. You want to drive your own car The chaperone fee will be $ if chaperone would like to ride the bus. All Chaperones will have a Criminal Background Check, I will let you know the details when you sign up as a chaperone The only parents or guardians allowed on 4-H property are those who have signed up and paid to be chaperones, unless you are picking up a student due to illness or behavior issues.

5 TRANSPORTATION Transportation to Rock Eagle will be provided by Daniel’s Charter Bus Service, which is a licensed carrier, approved for this type of trip.

6 LODGING New Cabins at Rock Eagle
Each cabin sleeps twenty–two Four rooms sleep 4 with private bath (Students) One room equipped with handicapped accessible bath sleeps 4 (Students) One room with twin beds and refrigerator (Adults) Common area with Wi-Fi and satellite TV Each room has individual temperature control Rock Eagle provides pillows and blankets all other linen will be provided by Students; Twin sheets, Pillow Case or Sleeping Bags, Towels and Washcloths There will be separate cabins for boys and girls
