4. Third Step  Go to Filter>Distort>Wave  For Generators use 3, 10 and 346 for Wavelength, 5 and 35 for Amplitude  Go to Filter>Distort>Wave  For Generators use 3, 10 and 346 for Wavelength, 5 and 35 for Amplitude

5. Fourth step  Go to Filter>Blur>Guassian Blur  Use 10 pixels for the radius  Group the layer and change Blend mode to Color dodge  Go to Filter>Blur>Guassian Blur  Use 10 pixels for the radius  Group the layer and change Blend mode to Color dodge

6. Fifth Step  Make a new layer and place at top  Go to Filter>Render>Clouds  Go to Layer>Layer Mask>Reveal All  Make a new layer and place at top  Go to Filter>Render>Clouds  Go to Layer>Layer Mask>Reveal All

Sixth Step  Hide some cloud area with soft brush, 0% hardness and black  Make new folder on layers palette  Change Blend mode to Color dodge and add new layer in it  Use smoke brushes from Qbrushes and us e white  Hide some cloud area with soft brush, 0% hardness and black  Make new folder on layers palette  Change Blend mode to Color dodge and add new layer in it  Use smoke brushes from Qbrushes and us e white

8. Seventh Step  Paint more strokes for a realistic look

Eighth Step  Make new layer beneath all layers except for background layer  Fill with black and go to Filter>Texture>Texturize  Use 100% for scaling and 4 for relief  For texture use Canvas and Light use top and change opacity to 10%  Make new layer beneath all layers except for background layer  Fill with black and go to Filter>Texture>Texturize  Use 100% for scaling and 4 for relief  For texture use Canvas and Light use top and change opacity to 10%
