Change Request 15-01 Condition Index (CI) New system generated metric that reflects the measure of a real property assets current physical condition as defined by the Federal Real Property Profile (FRPP) Allows programs and sites to understand how the Office of Management and Budget and the General Services Administration view the apparent condition of an asset CI = [ 1- (Repair Needs / RPV) ] * 100 2 Facilities Information Management System (FIMS)
3
Change Request 15-02 New data elements: Public Road Location ○ For Primary, Secondary and Tertiary roads with public access miles greater than zero ○ Unique Identifier (State’s linear reference system: milepoint, milepost, reference point, etc.) Number of Lanes on the Structure ○ For Public Access Bridges (Vehicular), Controlled Access Bridges (Vehicular), and Culverts ○ Represents number of lanes carrying traffic NBI Structure Number (OAPM will populate initially) ○ National Bridge inventory unique assigned DOE identification number that once assigned should not change (RP Unique ID) 3 Facilities Information Management System (FIMS)
4
Change Request 15-02 (cont’d) New FIMS Standard report for inventory of public access roads New FIMS Standard report for NBI bridges Update FIMS Standard report #68 to include the NBI Structure Number 4 Facilities Information Management System (FIMS)
5
Change Request 14-21 New data element Enabling Infrastructure ○ Data populated in NNSA’s Secondary Core Capability (C-10) would be converted to this (Yes/No) field ○ For NNSA sites only 5 Facilities Information Management System (FIMS)
6
Change Request 14-20 New Data Element Two new Core Capability fields ○ Needed to provide NNSA with up to five Core Capabilities to accurately describe work that is being done at the facility 6 Facilities Information Management System (FIMS)
7
Change Request 14-17 Development of Anomaly Reports Will allow Programs/Sites to perform an analysis of the data being submitted to the FRPP in an effort to focus on data quality No longer dependent on the FIMS support team to generate these reports for sites Will lead to the improvement in the quality of the FIMS data if Program/Sites can run these reports throughout the year 7 Facilities Information Management System (FIMS)
8
Change Request 14-16 Ad-hoc query report sharing capability Enables users to easily share queries with other site users or HQ Program Offices Facilities Information Management System (FIMS) 8
9
FRPP Enhancements Modifications may be needed in FIMS as a result of our analysis of the FY14 Federal Real Property Profile (FRPP) reporting guidance Will take priority over previously discussed enhancements due to the December 15, 2015 reporting deadline Facilities Information Management System (FIMS) 9
