Managers…  Manager Duties  Assigned a team member as a manager assistant  Assigned all the respective task to each member of the team  Responsible for all the documentation  Responsible for updating timeline and status report  Supervising deadlines  Coordinating all meetings, schedules, docs, tasks, etc.

4. Managers…  Duties of a manager  Assist team members if they need help  Reassigning new tasks and replacements  Responsible for everyone in his/her team to understand the project  NOT responsible for doing technical work  Responsible for understanding the technical aspects of the project

5. Managers…  What if manager needs help or needs to be replaced…  Assistant Manager  Docs available: Report Templates  There will be 3-5 students in each group  One manager  One assistant manager  Techs/engineers/scientist/mathematicians

6. Assistant Manager  Duties  Assists manager in  Organization  Supervision  Documentation  Communication  Helping peers to accomplish their jobs  Is a Tech/Eng./Scientist/Mathematician

7. Techs/Engineers/Scientists/Mathematicians  If you are not a manager…  Do your technical work  Document you work  Ask if any one needs help  Submit your documentation to the manager
