19 Things to Include  Background information  Overall objectives  Who the funding will benefit  Other income sources  Budget and explanation behind numbers  Formal request for funding  Pictures/graphics where appropriate

20 Make Sure to Follow-Up  Give a presentation or write a thank you letter to the organization that supported you  Make sure to take lots of pictures to show them how their money was utilized  This extra effort will make it more likely for them to continue supporting your group for years to come
