5.  Intervention Bring in another co-worker or supervisor to set a neutral place and maybe even speak for you.  Confrontation Talk face to face with the worker you are having a conflict with.  Compromise Work together for a solution  Avoidance (should be a last resort) simple steer clear of this person, talk to them only if you have/ need to.
