What the system does as a whole? The system can monitor the product’s status such as the expiration date, used and unused products. The system can generate daily and monthly inventory reports on the equipments and stocks of the restaurant. The system can compute the product that to be used and remaining products. The system has a security feature to secure the files of the products and to avoid it from losing.

The system has a design feature that can help the users to use easily the menus that facilitates the utilization of application features. The system has a pop-up notification that will show about the expiration date of the stocks (2 days before) and if there’s no more stocks in the stockroom. It has a back-up and recovery when there’s a technical problem happens. The system has file storage in which the files can be kept and can avoid of losing it. It has a search engine to search the records of the products easily and lastly it can lessen the time that spends by the employee in making of an inventory.

Computerized monitoring- the product status can monitor of the using computerized process. Automated file handling- the system can keep the records or files of the product through computerized. If the is not existing the user will add new product information or details to the system.
