First read Psalm 19:7-11 where you will find characteristics resident in someone truly affected by the Word. (v. 7a) Do I find the wisdom I need for ministry and life? (v. 7b) Am I able to be joyful and thankful in all circumstances? (v. 8a) Am I usually able to see where I am to go? (v. 8b) Do I have a confidence? (v. 9) Do I look forward to time in God’s Word? (v. 10) Do I sense a check in my spirit when I am headed in the wrong direction? (v. 11a) Do I feel blessed? (v. 11b)

Are you a Thermometer or a Thermostat? or a Thermostat? Thermometer reveals the temperature. (They’re leaders who just tell the facts truth, reveals the situation and informs about the truth.) Thermostat reveals the temperature & adjust it if its either too much or less. (They’re leaders who do not only tell the facts truth, reveals the situation and informs about the truth. But they also transform the atmosphere, climatised the environment & balance the situation if needed)
