16. Usability Testing – Reports from Several Schools Discovery tools (DT) are popular across all user groups. Of all user groups, DT are least popular with graduate students. Overall, DT are much more popular with users than with librarians. DT are perceived as easy to use. Users like being able to search many sources through one search box. All schools that have done usage studies report significant increases in full text items retrieved.
