See the full plan details at www.aetnastudenthealth.com In general: –80% of negotiated charges for hospital visit, physician office visit (after $20 copay) or emergency room visit (after $100 copay) for preferred AETNA Network care providers –100% of prescription drug coverage; after $10 copay for each generic drug; or $25 copay for brand name drugs. –80% of inpatient mental health expenses –50% of outpatient mental health and substance abuse expenses for preferred care providers. –Medical Evacuation and Repatriation –Maternity Benefits ; Family Planning –Natural Disaster and Political Evacuation What does the Health Insurance Plan cover? I need to see a doctor. What about insurance ? Always bring a copy of your insurance card. Use Student Health Center on Campus first! Doctor in Network: - Pay your share; - Doctor will file the insurance claim on your behalf. - You will be billed for any balance not covered by the insurance policy. Doctor outside of Network: - You will need to file the insurance claim on your own. - Forms and instructions are available at AETNA website. - Always retain copies of all documentation.

** Remember ** If you seek services from the University Health Center before you have evidence of the AETNA insurance. -For TB X-Rays -For Immunizations -For personal illness -Etc. Then go back to the Health Center with evidence of your AETNA Insurance Coverage and ID Number as soon as you have it, so the Health Center may file your claims. If you forget to do so, claims cannot be filed against your coverage. This means you will pay the full cost of health services.
