5. WHAT IS A CREDIT?  Most courses taken at Halifax West count as one credit except:  Math 10  Science 10 A/B  Math 11 (tentative Sept 2016)

6. THE SEMESTERED SYSTEM  TWO SEMESTERS PER YEAR (Sept-Jan, Feb- June).
