Running improves the cardio vascular system, helps eliminate stress, and burns calories. That is why I would like to make running a personal priority. Running five miles

Because heart disease is in my family, I would like to do everything I can to make improve my overall health – especially my heart health! That is why I would like to make running a personal priority. Running five miles

Running improves the cardio vascular system, helps eliminate stress, and burns calories. Just by exercising three times a week, you can potentially increase your life span! This is an easy way to improve your overall health. Another reason making this a priority is because I would like to improve my overall fitness. Even though I am physically active, jogging for 5 miles sounds very impressive! Adding additional miles to my fitness regime is sure to make my fellow gym warriors green with envy. As you can see, these are all great reasons to make running a personal priority. Running five miles
