Charlie Chaplin Charles Spencer Chaplin was born in London, England, on April 16th 1889. His father was a versatile vocalist and actor; and his mother, known under the stage name of Lily Harley, was an attractive actress and singer, who gained a reputation for her work in the light opera field. History He was born on16 April in London. He lost both his parents. His mentally ill mother was recorded in a home.He lost his father in cirrhosis, alcohol when he was 10 years. In 1903 his first role as an actor played Charlie. Seven years later, he moved together with the famous manager Fred Karno to the United States where he will have his breakthrough. Charlie as a child

His Personality Charlie was very accurate and precise. He could do up to 50 scenes time until it was good. Was four times married. 2 February 1914 was his first silent film making a living. His real breakthrough came in the second film kid auto races at Venice. There appeared for the first time its homegrown character as Wanderer. His character was: wide pants, tight jacket, small hat and big shoes. Looked like Wanderer he behaved like a gentleman. The acting style of Charlie soon grew to the most well-known character. His Struggle His family very poor. Charlie was on his sixth appearance for money, it did not help much. His mother went to sell valuables for cash. But they had food and drink good clothes. They sometimes got a little treat such as herring.

Oscar The actor received the Oscar in 1929 at the first ever Academy Award ceremony. The 30 centimeter-high trophy is covered in 24 carat gold and estimated to be worth around €1 million. The pens are believed to be worth €80,000 apiece. In early January, an unknown number of individuals broke into a company in Paris and stole Charlie Chaplin’s honorary Oscar trophy as well as very expensive pens that belonged to the actor, newspaper reported. His Death By October 1977, Chaplin's health had declined to the point that he needed constant care. In the early morning of 25 December 1977, Chaplin died at home after suffering a stroke in his sleep He was 88 years old. When he died, after two months his body was stolen.
