2. Do Now Sit in the same group as yesterday Clear your desk except for a pen/pencil in preparation for the Act I quiz

3. Prologue of Act II Open your group bag and distribute the “mini” prologue to everyone in the group. Glue it into your notebook (just like the first prologue we annotated) Work with the people at your table to annotate the prologue of Act II. Be ready to share out ideas in a few minutes as we will go over it together.

4. Act II, Scene i -Romeo leaves the feast, but doesn’t want to go home. -He tries to find Juliet. -He hops over a wall into an orchard at the Capulets’ -Benvolio & Mercutio call for him, but no answer. -Mercutio mocks Romeo’s feelings about Rosaline -Benvolio & Mercutio leave. They know Romeo doesn’t want to be found. -Romeo hears Mercutio’s teasing and says to himself that he doesn’t understand.
