SWOT analysis – a planning technique that first analyzes Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats to an organization. Stakeholders – people interested in an organization, including funders, donors, clients, and political figures, among others.

4.  Effective planning enables organizations to benefit by increasing capabilities to deliver more and better services at lower cost.  Employees benefit from planning by increasing their competencies and value to current and future employers.
