10 What was the result? People could not find work in agriculture Laborers had to leave the farms to look for jobs in the city

11 What is the significance/importance?  Arrival of former farm workers meant plenty of labor to work in factories  Countries cannot industrialize without a large labor supply (growth of industrialization)
