A Member State has the right to know how the route of its traffic is routed where technically feasible and where traffic route is predictable. Member states shall, if they so elect, be able to control all naming, numbering, addressing and identification resources used within their territories for international telecommunications/ICT services. Member States, in accordance to national law, shall cooperate to investigate, prosecute, correct and repair security breaches and incidents in timely manner. 6 Exampels on proposals for WCIT12
