Lesson 17 Learning Objective:- To understand a number of different dry methods of cooking Demo Stuffed Chicken breast and Potato Rosti Ingredients 1 handful of spinach leaves 1 garlic clove, crushed ½ tsp dried mixed herbs 25g full-fat soft cheese or cheddar cheese 1 plump boneless, skinless chicken breast 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced2 rashers of bacon 1 small potato What adaptations could you make to this recipe? Eg How could you give it an Italian flavour?

Lesson 18 FPT – Stuffed chicken breast with potato rosti Homework Write a short paragraph about the different ways of cooking food and explain which ways are the ‘healthiest’, with reasons why.
