Entry Load :
If the entry load (sales load) for a scheme is 1.5% and the NAV of the scheme is Rs.10.00,the investor who wants to buy the units will not be able to buy at Rs He will pay:
= (10.00*1.5/100) = = 10.15
Exit Load:
If a fund imposes an exit load of 1.25%, the investor who repurchases his units, will get a price that is:
= –(10.00*1.25/100)= = 9.875
