District Attorney ($187,549) – Partial funding for a Deputy District Attorney to prosecute felony cases Sheriff-Custody ($339,093) – One Correctional Officer, law enforcement equipment, and other equipment for jail operations Sheriff-Patrol ($197,222) – Partial funding for two Deputy Sheriff positions * Costs and allocated positions will be transferred to new budgets as required by public safety realignment legislation. 52011/12 State Citizens' Options for Public Safety (COPS) Program - Public Hearing Proposed Uses
