6 Where are we today? The Occupancy Agreement still does not define the Appliance Policy; It does reference documents which define the Appliance Policy BUT The documents can be modified with only a majority of the Board vote. 5/17/2012Residents Voice6

7 We are still subject to the whims of the United Mutual Board with reference to Appliance Policy. The Board can terminate the Appliance Policy with a vote of 6 Directors. We need to include policy within the Occupancy Agreement. 5/17/2012Residents Voice7
