US Route 33 Access Management Study Purpose- Determine feasibility of converting US 33 from Hamilton Road in Franklin County to Carroll in Fairfield County to limited access facility (access by interchange only) Why? - Will remove major bottleneck in U.S. 33 macro-corridor - 8 of 10 intersections fail in AM peak hours - 7 of 10 intersection fail in PM peak hours
