THE NATURE OF SCIENCE Science includes the search for understanding of our natural world… We try and explain phenomena… Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) Gravity, etc. In our pursuit to explain phenomena or satisfy our own curiosity we often make very different discoveries…

SCIENCE & SOCIETY ARE EVER-CHANGING Chemistry has gone from alchemy to modern day chemistry in the span of approximately 300-400 years. It’s a relatively new science. Scientists are working 24/7 to develop new technologies. People used to believe the world was flat… People used to think that the Sun revolved around the Earth… People used to believe that spirits were the cause of sickness… Did you know that George Washington was believed to be murdered???
