The CSP is a series of support tickets or forms formally managed and tracked in separate queues – Warranty Request (WTY) is the Installers formal request to register installed channels for a 25-year warranty – Training Request (TRN) allows Business Partners to request training courses for one or more students – Help Desk (HDS) is our ticket to request for support – Business Partner Program (BPP) is the Installer company’s registration with MPN Not all tickets are visible at all times 2

Click Save Draft at anytime to save a draft of your inputs (NOTE: This does NOT submit the form) 9. Click Discard to discard a form 10. Click Save to save a Form 11. Open the appropriate ticket showing a request clarification State 2. Click the Clarifications / Notes tab: 3. Type your clarification, then click Add Clarification / Note 4. Click Edit (1) to correct entered information. Change the Status back to MPN (2) from the pull-down menu, then click Submit (3). 16 1 2 3 BACK TO CONTENTS

Click the search icon on the right side of windows 3. Enter a search string into (1) 4. Tick boxes (2) where you want to search in 5. Specify the range dates of creation (3) if desired 6. Click Choose File (1) to choose the file(s) to upload from a local drive or Internal Files (2) to choose files on the CSP. Once the files are chosen, enter an optional description then click Upload file (3). 25 1 2 3

When the new window opens, Click Add File to upload single file Choose a file from your local drive using (1), then click Upload a file. A new window will appear (4). Click Check-out (5) to check out a file. A pop-up window will appear (6). Click Save (7) to save the file on your local drive. Files which are ‘Checked out’ are visible on the right side of the Documents window To check in a file without changing the previous version, click Cancel Document Checkout (1).
