Work Plan Development Process Builds on Nov. 1999 comprehensive work plan and Dec. 2000 update – Nov. 2000 Planning Team Meeting identified critical path & products for 309 SIPs/TIPs – March 2001 Technical Planning Meeting – Quarterly IOC/TOC/Planning Team Meetings in 2001 – Monthly conference calls – Forum and Committee Co-Chairs provided work plan updates – September Planning Team Meeting reached consensus on work plan tasks and budget allocation

WRAP Work Plan Provides foundation for development of 308 SIPs and TIPs – Technical: ambient data, inventories, modeling – Policy: market trading, fire, renewables and efficiency, mobile sources

1999-2001 Financial Status EPA WRAP Grants in 1999, 2000 & 2001 – WGA and NTEC – Total = $5.14 MM Contract support:74% –83% obligated in contracts –43% spent as of Sept. 30, 2001 Travel and Project Management: 26% –100% obligated –90% spent as of Sept. 30, 2001
