News Manager News is automatically published to the homepage with a headline and brief description. Can be set up to display as a list, or a slideshow. This same news feed can be replicated on other pages as well. This works great in the portals. No need to remember to post the same information to multiple places.

News Manager - Archive News is automatically published to the archive. Busy parents can browse through when they have time. Posts are date stamped Keyword searchable RSS Feed Parents & staff can subscribe to receive notification of new posts via email or text message

eNotify Messages Send out an eNotify message to multiple email lists (by sending only one message)

Page Pops Add a ‘Page Pop” to the District and school homepages

Calendar All school events and meetings are posted on the public calendar Calendar events can be filtered by the end user for a custom experience

Calendar Details Calendar events can be detailed. Events with a lot of information become links to new pages. Subscribers can receive reminders via text or email. Postponed events are labeled and automatically republished on the new date.

The same information is placed on our homepage, inside the portal window and sent directly to parents, teachers and/or students, helping to ensure that our message has reached our audience.
