Page 4 LeasePlan Academy 2009 Tuition Reimbursement Guidelines  Full-time Employee with One year of Employment  $4200 per calendar year  Business related major or program  Complete Tuition Reimbursement form BEFORE enrolling  Turn in Grades upon course completion  Grades must be a “C” or above to qualify  Undergraduate – 100% for “A” – 80% for “B” – 50% for “C”  Graduate Level – 80% for “C” or above  One year of service to LeasePlan after reimbursement of funds
