Overview of Agreement Agreement extends the contract period to June 30, 2012 from June 30, 2011, which is the same contract period for the City employees represented by Local 1033 Four separate contracts: Bus Monitors, BEST, Teacher Assistants and Crossing Guards 2.0% across-the-board salary increase scheduled for July 1, 2010 is postponed to July 1, 2011 An additional 1.0% across-the-board salary increase is scheduled for January 1, 2011 District’s contribution to the Union Tuition Reimbursement Program is waived for the period July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011 2
