FAFSA $$$ FAFSA: Free Application for Federal Student Aid

FAFSA $$$ Example: the FAFSA determines eligibility for Pell Grants. Pell Grants = money from the federal government (up to $5,730 in 2014-15) for college that does not have to be paid back.

Oregon Opportunity Grant $$$ In 2013-14, students can get up to $2,000 for college. Over 32,000 students received some funds in 2012-13.

Don’t miss out! $$$ Some grant money (including Pell and Oregon Opportunity Grants) is first-come, first-served. Seniors should fill out their FAFSA as close to January 1 as possible!
