Assist hospital staff to ensure they have information to provide effective care and treatment Promote the rights of people with a learning disability Support with planned hospital admissions Support the patient, family/carers from admission to discharge Advise hospital staff with regard to making reasonable adjustments Role of the Acute Liaison Nurse

Work closely with the Equality and Diversity department to provide training to hospital staff Advising on capacity and consent Provide easy read material to support most hospital procedures Health toolkit available
