3 main aims: - Improve the physical and mental health of well being - Develop and improve participants skills and confidence through volunteering - Breakdown intergenerational barriers and cultural perceptions

Main impacts of project -20 co-producing groups supporting 377 people on a weekly basis -Cycle of community events run by local people for local people/funding - 14 active volunteers - Successful intergenerational model incorporated into core team’s work

Recent developments -Let’s Get Cooking / Eat Better Feel Better -Co-production grant – charitable status for groups and funding -E-Learning with West College Scotland -Long Term Service Users Project
