Everlasting Father

6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

10 Our days may come to seventy years, or eighty, if our strengths endures; Yet the best of them are but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away.

God has eternally existed as our Everlasting Father and He intentionally created the role of fatherhood on earth to reveal His nature and His relationship with His Son.

It is a part of human nature for a child to associate what they cannot see in God in light of what they can see in their earthly father.

As a father, there is not an excuse that is acceptable to God for NOT leading your wife and your children, and leaving them your legacy, because that is what he created you to do.

He showed us that he is God’s Son He demonstrated that teaching and serving others should be our priority He modeled he’s committed to being in His Father’s House And the outcome of that commitment was that he grew in wisdom and stature and in favor with both God and man

Our Everlasting Father has given us the greatest legacy. Jesus paid the ultimate price so that we could receive the ultimate prize; living eternally with our Everlasting Father.
