Facts The award wages as at 1 July 2011: AIN 1 st year - $19.17 ph / $38.028 Kpa (plus shift penalties) EN 1 st year - $24.05 ph / $47.691 Kpa (plus shift penalties) RN/M 1 st year - $26.68 ph / $52.909 Kpa (plus shift penalties) Nurse/Midwife Manager – $93 Kpa – $150Kpa
