5 doc.: IEEE 802.11-06/1623r0 Submission November 2006 Jim Petranovich, Conexant Systems, Inc.Slide 5 Comment Spreadsheet update I made changes to r58 to fix errors and to reflect my recollection of decisions we made that were improperly noted in the spreadsheet; all changes are indicated below and will be reversed if there are objections from the ad hoc members. There was also at least one comment where the original commenter indicated it was resolved already. All changes are detailed below: Changes from r57 to r58 –Indicated counter in the resolution column for CIDs referenced in 06/1558r2 (7807, 11943, 3552, 3556, 8169, 3400, 4494, 7421, 11944) as approved in PHY ad hoc in Portland –The group voted to reject comment 3494 (group wise parsing) in Portland CIDs 8132 and 8192 are related as decided by the ad hoc, so I indicated them as rejected as well with the same vote margin and same reason –I believe CID 3486 (cyclic shifts) was resolved to the satisfaction of the all (including the commenter) in draft D1.05 so I indicated it as C with resolution fixed in draft D1.05

6 doc.: IEEE 802.11-06/1623r0 Submission November 2006 Jim Petranovich, Conexant Systems, Inc.Slide 6 Comment Spreadsheet Update More changes from r57 to r58 –Removed temporary notation “[EP]” from resolved comments –Removed assignee from resolved comments –CID 10037 was assigned to me then it was decided to transfer it to Coex. I propose we transfer it and indicated this in spreadsheet. –Resolution status field for CID 7071 was set to accept to reflect the text in the resolution text –Comment CID 7516 was deferred to Adrian, who has prepared a submission –CIDs 3017, 3019, 3020 assigned to Eldad and no longer Jim P. –CIDs 1537, 3429, 3444, 178, 4840, 2907, 10532, 10055, 10273 assigned to Eldad – CID7917 withdrawn by commenter –CID 7181 was voted on by the PHY ad hoc, but with agreement of TGn chair we will hold on to this comment until Micha can discuss this with us in Dallas. However, the ad hoc has decided to recommend that the draft not be held up waiting for the example code will stand. I noted the resolution as deferred but I don’t expect to take another vote unless there is an objection. I only indicate it as deferred so it doesn’t drop off out spreadsheet too soon.
