2. Learning Objectives 2 Identify concepts learned and collaborate to develop a group presentation. Reflect on skills learned to enhance continuous self awareness and self leadership

3. Individual Requirement On paper, write an individual reflective summary of the seminar course focusing on:  What you learned  How it was reinforced in the seminar sessions  How you will apply the knowledge as a leader. No set format Your summaries will be shared with group members during Session Six.

4. 4 Group Activity (1) First: (30 minutes) In your groups, share your individual reflection paper that you completed last session. Content Seminar participation Future application

5. 5 Group Activity (2) Second: (30 minutes) Develop a 15 minute group presentation by consolidating the individual reflections. Each group presentation will consist of three areas: 1. Knowledge gained from the course, 2. Process that helped you learn and 3. How you will implement your learning

6. 6 Group Activity (3) Third: (Approximately 90 minutes) Groups Provide presentations.

7. 7 Seminar Complete!
