2. PORT OF CHIOGGIA PILOT ACTION Civil infrastructure construction to promote the “minor cruise” at the port of Chioggia

3. Objective: Construction of a metal footbridge structure that will connect the Terminal building with the Hub Station (with bus and railway services) to facilitate the accessibility of the Port of Chioggia and improved connection with the railway network.

4. Secondary, the purpose of the work will be to build a covered area for the delivery of baggage for arriving/ departing passengers, improving the comfort of the infrastructure because at the moment this delivery takes place at the terminal building in an uncovered area.

10. The area of interest is related to sites that can be easily explored by tourists in a day trip from Chioggia. The implemented system is ready to be extended to the whole Region of Veneto.
