ET/New Terminal Forecast NTF is designed for high traffic aerodromes - Member states with medium or low traffic loads would not be expected to implement - NTF could be used to assist developing countries in progressing toward enhanced aviation services - All flight crews operating to high-density aerodromes will need knowledge of NTF for operations Who operate in terminal area ?
