EQUITY : the selection system affords all candidates a fair and equal chance. BUY-IN : the assurance that all parties involved in the SRO’s job duties are participating in the selection process.

Screen applications / set interviews 5. Appoint a selection panel - it is recommended that the panel consist of law enforcement & school officials.
