Intended Audience Pre-K – First Grade Age 4- 7

Impact On Teaching And Students
Upon the students completing this survey the teacher will know who has an interest in reading and who needs extra motivation. Teachers will also know what types of books the students have an interest in. This survey will also give teachers suggestions on the books to incorporate into their classroom library to ensure that the reading center is taken advantage of.
5
Instructions Parent/Teachers will have to read each question to the students. The child or the adult needs to click on the face that expresses their emotion towards the question. Parent/Teachers need to keep a tally of the emotion that the student chooses. Print tally sheet located on slide 7.
