14 What Happens if I Don’t Meet EAP Standards? ELP & EMP Tests given throughout state to help students get qualified (sign ups are online). Must register and take by deadline. Early Start Programs are being offered throughout colleges and universities. Each college or university will have their own process for students to meet the requirement.
