1 The struffoli are very good sweets napoletans. The legend whant dating at ancient greek. They are special becouse you eat whith hands and are kooked and than they are served with coloraid grain. The coverage of honey makes them good and desserts at the right. So the recipe ideal for Chrismas lunch.

2 Flour: 400 gr Sugar:4 spoons Oil: 4 spoons Grappa: 4 spoons Yeast: 2 sachets Honey:300 gr Almonds: 50 gr

3 Ingredieti Combine all together in a bowl, before the egg and sugar, then the grappa and olive oil then add the yeast and the flour last. When the dough is very smooth and no longer stick to the hands of the cylinders formed by hand / vermicelli. Cut the dough into small pieces of worm 1cm.
