5 Staff are expected to pursue continuous improvement in the same way that working conditions are improving. Mean5.56 Mode5 Median5 There appears to be some disparity between improving working conditions and the expectation of staff to improve…one of them isn’t up to scratch!

6 The value that this organisation places on emotional care and welfare is explicit/shared Mean, mode and median are all 5. …This suggests that there is some room for improvement in these areas.

7 I frequently observe instances where time and resources are allocated to emotional care and welfare. Mean4 Mode3 Median3 £ ?? The lowest scores. Does this mean it doesn’t happen or is it that we just don’t witness it?
