Rules of Golf Question Are you allowed to ask your opponent what club he used? A. No B. Yes

Rules of Golf Answer A. No You are not allowed to ask for advice during a stipulated round. PENALTY Loss of hole in match play or 2 strokes in stroke play.

Cactus Practice Whether you are a beginner golfer or just looking for a few golf tips, Cactus Practice is the place to be. Takes place Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 – 11:00 at Cimarron. The cost is $15/person. To sign up or to get more information, please stop by the Cimarron golf shop.

“Couples” Putting 2nd Saturday of the Month Jan 14th, Feb 11th, Mar 10th Apr 14th and May 12th, 2012 Cimarron Putting Green 1 gal / 1 guy per team Pre-pay Green Fees ($4 /couple) at Cimarron Pro Shop prior to day of Event Tournament fee ($5/couple) due day of play Free Coffee & Doughnuts at 8:00 a.m. Putting starts at 9:00 a.m.

4 ON THE TEE – The player who is ready should hit. Hit the ball when the group in front of you is safely out of the way. ON THE FAIRWAY – Hit when ready and safe to do so. When driving your golf car, drop your partner at their ball and continue onto your own. Take enough clubs with you and hit without delay. Watch each others shots. ON THE GREEN – Study your putt while others are putting. Continue putting until holed out. Leave the green immediately. Do your scoring at the next tee. REMEMBER – Your position on the golf course is directly behind the group in front of you, not directly in front of the group behind you. NO SLOW PLAY
