Why LEAN projects? Analyze existing procedures Identify opportunities for improvements and where possible, testing and implementing changes Enhancing quality improvement using the LEAN methodologies and increasing LEAN trained personnel

Two phased approach Phase 1 Connected with stakeholders Identified expectations of the project Developed project plan Deliverables Scope of project Phase 2 All 3 sites had identical processes Kaizen Rapid Improvement Events over a 3 -5 day period.
