2 - STAGES OF BASIC TRAINING 1 st Academy (20 Weeks) 2 nd Field Training (32 Weeks) 52 Weeks Academy - 800 Hours (Lecture and Practical Application) Field Training - Assigned to Field Training Officer for training on the job. Structured program, documentation of performance and evaluation become part of officers permanent training record.
